The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker, along with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. The dining room table is perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or takeout. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer which are coin-operated or can be used cashless via an app. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance is available to apply for a parking permit. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 applies if you are booking a flat that allows pets. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. The home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self check-in. You’ll receive your check-in information 48 hours prior to your arrival, and a unique check-in code will be sent to you 8 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee applies if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras are installed to monitor entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. The home is equipped with a desk, chair, and light for your work-from-home needs. A laptop computer is not included.
