The home also includes a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor offers a shared coin-operated washer and dryer. Parking is available on the street in the neighborhood, and assistance with applying for a parking permit is provided. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 applies if you are booking a pet-friendly flat. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. Connecticut Avenue connects downtown to Bethesda, Maryland. The home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self check-in. Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the building and within fifty feet of it, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with noise monitoring devices in place. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in termination of the reservation without refund. Exterior cameras monitor common areas and entries. Certain items should not be flushed or disposed of in drains to avoid plumbing issues, with potential charges for violations. Maintenance access may be required with 24-hour notice.
