The home is equipped with a 55" smart HDTV, central air conditioning, washer and dryer, electric fireplace, and LED lighting throughout. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. This home is not suitable for pets. There is a $300 move-out fee. There is complimentary bi-monthly cleaning.
