The United States Capitol is a 25-30 minute walk and the metro can take you right there in less time. The unit also has walk score of 93 and transit score of 86. You just can't beat this location!
This is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. When you enter the property, you will see the dining room to your left with the living room right next to it. The living room has a flat screen TV with a convertible sleeper sofa. Towards the back of the house you will find a full bath (toilet & shower) and a fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table. There is also a back door leading to a fenced outdoor area where you get some fresh air and/or park your car (tandem) for an additional price.
