Welcome to this vacation rental home located on a very quiet street in Bonita Springs, Florida. This 2-bedroom home includes 1 full-sized bathroom, a dining room, a family room, a kitchen, a large laundry room, and some fabulous outdoor space. Guests will enjoy the half-acre-sized yard and the multiple covered and open-air outdoor dining spaces as well as other fun onsite amenities. This single-family home is completely fenced off and tucked away off the road, giving guests the ultimate privacy. To the left of the front door, there is an outdoor screened porch with beach gear for guest use, including a beach umbrella, chairs, and a cooler. Bonita or Barefoot Beaches are the closest beaches to the home and are only 11.5 miles away. Upon entering the home, you will come into the family room that includes a large leather sofa and a large screen TV. There is also a desk and chair for those who wish to stay connected or use the home as a digital nomad. The dining area comfortably seats 6 with a glass-topped table, and the kitchen includes an electric juicer, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. The dining room has a double slider that takes you out to the outdoor sunroom, which is completely sheltered from the outdoor elements. The home also features a full-sized laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. The outdoor area features a large backyard that is completely fenced in with additional garden wire fence to deter local wildlife, including the neighborhood alligator. Guests can enjoy the extra-large fire pit and a large children's play area that is completely elevated off the ground with a brand new staircase and a corkscrew-shaped slide. Just outside of the sunroom is a large patio area with 2 sets of table and chairs with umbrellas, a chimenea, and a propane gas grill for outdoor cooking. The property is best accessed with a vehicle as Naples is a large metro area. It is about a 30-minute drive to the Fort Myers International Airport. Some great local restaurants near the home include Buffalo Chips Wings, Iguana Mia, DeRomo's, Jimmy P's, The Seaside Bar and Grill, and many more. Pets are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door that gets changed between every reservation. Your code is only active during your reservation times, and early and late check-outs can be accommodated upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once full payment is received and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
