Valencia Pointe Neighborhood

The Valencia Pointe neighborhood of Boynton Beach, Florida, is off of West Woolbright Avenue. This gated community has two entrances. One is on West Woolbright and the other is on Hagen Road. This upscale housing area is a 55+ retirement development with many amenities. It features single-family homes built around several lakes. Walking paths trail throughout the neighborhood. The clubhouse has a fitness center, an Internet cafe, card and billiard rooms, a dance studio, and an arts and crafts room complete with a ceramics kiln. Outside there are tennis courts, basketball courts, a grandchildren’s tot lot, and several pools.

Surrounding neighborhoods are Canyon Lakes and the Valencia Reserve. Valencia Pointe is in the 33437 zip code area of Palm Beach County.

The public schools in the area are in the Palm Beach County School District. Nearby schools are Hagen Road Elementary and Sunset Palms Elementary. Popular shopping centers in the area include the Shoppes at Woolbright, the Fountains of Boynton, Boynton Trail Center, and Boynton Beach Mall.

Valencia Pointe is surrounded by many golf courses. Some of the closest are the Indian Springs Golf Club, the Westchester Golf and Country Club, and the Polo Trace Golf Club. Other area landmarks include the Eternal Light Memorial Gardens Cemetery, and the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge Water Conservation Area. The refuge features lakes, streams, swamps, and marshlands that create habitats for many types of wildlife. The area is a popular fishing and wildlife viewing area. It also serves to restore the Everglades. Finally, to the east of the neighborhood are Boynton Beach and the Atlantic Ocean with all of its attractions and amenities.
