Open floor plan plus screened porch overlooking shuffleboard courts and a peak of the pool area. There is a washer/dryer in the unit plus there are washers and dryers at the clubhouse. Both bedrooms have extra beds in case you have visitors. Rent includes utilities including internet and cable TV. The community features heated pool,clubhouse,laundry facilities,shuffleboard and picnic tables and grills in various areas. Close to shopping and about ten miles to the beach. Three month minimum. Other charges are security deposit,condominium application fee,clean up fee plus resort tax. No pets and no smoking.
