We're currently seeking renters for 2025, with the possibility of negotiating longer-term leases with the owner. Please note that a 11.5% tax will be charged at the time of signing the agreement, and a cleaning fee of $350 per month applies. We welcome pets, and although certain breed restrictions apply, we are open to negotiation with additional fees and rent.
