It’s only 9 miles from Walt Disney World, 20 miles from SeaWorld, and 24 miles from Universal Studios, making it an ideal base for exploring Florida’s premier theme parks. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred if you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted.
