The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and a second bedroom offers another king bed. A queen bed anchors the third bedroom, while the fourth bedroom holds two twin beds. Three full baths and one half bath ensure ample space for everyone to freshen up. A washer and dryer are available for easy laundry, and plush towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are supplied. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. A large dining table invites shared meals, and a BBQ grill awaits for al fresco cooking on warm evenings. You can add pool and spa heating to your reservation for $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Please note that at least a week's notice is required. The resort community offers a family-friendly atmosphere and a variety of exciting recreational activities. The clubhouse has a TV room, computer room, games room, fitness center and changing rooms. The swimming pool has a fun splash zone for little ones and umbrella-covered tables and chairs, as well as a ping pong table and a pool table. Also available is a beach volleyball court and tennis courts. Located in an ideal location on US Highway 27, near the junction with Highway 192, around 10/15 minutes drive to the Walt Disney World Maingate area, within a short driving distance of Glenbrook there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. We have our property professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray! No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
