Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
