A BBQ grill is available just outside for al fresco cooking. Practical amenities include a washer and dryer, and initial supplies of plush towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper. The gated community provides access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness center, a clubhouse with a TV room, a computer room, a games room, a swimming pool with a splash zone, umbrella-covered tables and chairs, a ping pong table, a pool table, a beach volleyball court, and tennis courts. Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day of usage. Request this amenity in writing at least a week prior to check-in, as it requires up to 24 hours to heat. It's a short 10 to 15-minute drive to the Walt Disney World Maingate area, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios also within easy reach. The neighborhood offers a variety of local shops and dining spots, including fast-food eateries, Chilis Bar & Grille, Olive Garden Italian, Applebees American restaurant, and IHOP for breakfast. Check-out time is 10 AM, and a late check-out may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay, though an initial set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, hand soap, detergent pods for up to two loads, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. This property is professionally sprayed for pests, but guests should be aware of humidity and bugs common in sunny Florida. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or anywhere else on the property, with violations potentially leading to reservation termination without refund and/or monetary fines. The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited, and clubhouse parking is not permitted overnight, with a risk of towing. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure and report any damages immediately.
