Enjoy access to the shared pool and patio area, all designed with a forward-thinking concept. Assigned parking is available for each unit. While dogs are welcome, mailbox access is not available for guests. Nestled in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this apartment offers the perfect blend of beachside bliss and vibrant coastal living.
