There are 3 kayaks on the property for you to enjoy all the beautiful canals and bay. The world famous Three Sisters Springs just few minutes by boat or kayak! Watch the local manatees swim and play in your own backyard. This is a golf cart friendly neighborhood! Bring your golf cart and ride to the local bars/ restaurants, shops and festivals like the Stone Crab Jam! Enjoy the tranquility of your private oasis with a private pool and hot tub just steps away from your back door. Enjoy the beautiful summer evening by the fire pit. Relax with a cocktail at the bar seating overlooking the canal and watch the manatee and fish swim by. One of the property's best features is the summer kitchen with a tiki hut This property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The second floor has the master as well as the guest bedrooms and guest bathroom. There is also a large media room with a big screen TV and comfy media chairs for movie night! Please keep in mind if you have mobility issues, all bedrooms are on the second floor.
