All pots, pans, and flatware are provided. The living area has a large sofa, large screen TV, and ceiling fan for additional comfort. There is a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board supplied. With 2 spacious living areas, 6 private bedrooms, and a backyard oasis with a private screened pool, this luxurious home easily accommodates large groups or 2 families traveling together. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all major and minor appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The living area is designed for relaxation with a large sofa, large screen TV, and ceiling fan. Enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. The backyard oasis features a private screened pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy pool spa heating for a fee of 40 dollars a day with a 2-day minimum. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and street parking is allowed. A small charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Only small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation.
