The game room includes a pool table, ping pong table, and games, and the private pool comes with the option to add heat. Outdoor pool loungers and patio furniture are also available for your relaxation. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. If you would like to add pool heating and hot tub heat to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
