The first floor is fully tiled, and the garage has been transformed into a game room with foosball and air hockey for added family fun. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second level, along with a bonus loft with a sofa and TV. A half bath is conveniently located by the pool deck. The villa boasts a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a screened patio and pool area, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax by the sparkling, southeast-facing pool and spa all day and enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, including a large, easy-access pool, a clubhouse with a fully equipped fitness center, table tennis, a computer room, lounge areas, a sand-volleyball court, and a kids' play area. The community is secured with 24-hour gated security. Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a two-day minimum, and arrangements should be made 48 hours in advance. Small pets or dogs under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal. Only legal service dogs are exempt from this fee with proper documentation. Any damages caused by pets or extra cleaning will be charged. Guests will have access to the entire house, and the driveway can accommodate four cars. Watersong Community does not provide overflow parking, and vehicles are limited to garage or driveway space with no street parking. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free of charge upon request, but it must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm.
