Your bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers and a recliner. You have your own private bath with a walk in shower. You share a Living room/Den, dining room, front parlor, all nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies- everything you need to start cooking. This is a charming home with character and hardwood floors, looking for 62+ seniors that would like to find an affordable way to spend their golden years in a comfortable home, enjoying the beach and retirement. Shared spaces include large kitchen, dining room, spacious family room/den. Laundry room is in garage, this also has an outside shower for quick clean up after the beach. Water, electric, sewer, pest control, & yard maintenance are included. This is $850 a month, $850 security deposit. There is parking for 5 cars. The rooms are only for 1 person, NO Pets, No Smoking, No Excessive Drinking, No Drugs, No Slobs, and this is not a party house for having people over frequently. We are looking for no drama people, do not except anyone accused of a felony in the last five years, no violent misdemeanors and never have been evicted. Each tenant will have to have a free background check done. No smoking or vaping in the house or on the porches. I do a phone interview, then we arrange an appointment to see the house.
