Huntington Pointe Neighborhood

An active adult community, Huntington Pointe is part of Delray Beach, Florida and in  zip code 33484. Nearby major thoroughfares include US 1 and I-95 to the east, Florida’s Turnpike, US 441/State Route 7 and State Route 806 to the west, and West Atlantic Avenue/State Route 806 to the south.

Huntington Pointe is a gated community of more than 1,000 condominium-style apartments and single-story villas. Streets include North Oriole Boulevard, Huntington Pointe Drive, Millington Way, and Royal Vista Drive, all of which have sidewalks and lush landscaping.

For parks and recreational opportunities, a number of golf courses surround Huntington Pointe. They include Sherwood Park Golf Course, Villa Delray Golf Club, and Polo Trace Golf Club. The Delray Tennis Center has 14 clay courts, seven hard courts, and an 8,200-seat stadium. The Delray Swim and Tennis Club has 24 clay courts and a clubhouse.

In addition to sunbathing and swimming at the two-mile beach, visitors to Delray Beach have access to beachfront parks such as Anchor Park, which features outside showers, a playground, and picnic tables. Atlantic Dunes Park includes a boardwalk, a nature trail, and a beach with lifeguard service. Activities at the Municipal Beach include swimming, surfing, snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, and volleyball. Two recreational areas are available for paddle ball, kite flying, and playing Frisbee.

For shopping and dining, Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach offers galleries, antique shops, galleries, clothing boutiques, and jewelry and gift shops. The Old School Square Cultural Arts Center and National Historic Site features the Cornell Museum of Art and American Culture and Crest Theatre, which hosts musicals, Broadway cabaret, comedy, and variety shows.
