Everything you need to have a great vacation; golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce and five swimming pools located throughout the community. The largest swimming pool, Club House, restaurant and fitness center is located less than a (5) minute walk from our lanai. The house is furnished with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. The Master has a king sized bed, large walk in closet, walk in shower and adjoining bathroom. The front bedroom has a queen sized bed, large closet and adjoining bathroom. The middle bedroom has a queen sized bed with a 55 inch TV. The house includes a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher HDTV with full cable, and every kitchen utensil known to mankind. The lanai faces the first fairway on the golf course and has a lakefront view. During the day, watch our patio TV and the golfers playing the first hole of the course. For lunch or dinner, cook inside on the stove top or on the gas barbecue on the lanai. During the evening, sit on the lanai with our gas fired fire pit and a glass of wine. The house is designed to provide you with all of the amenities of a vacation yet still allow you to feel like you are at home. Lastly, our HOA requires tenants to pay a one time $250 amenities fee for the use of the facilities.
