Hello! I'm Melissa Carbonell, a passionate real estate expert and dedicated member of the Victoria Park community in Fort Lauderdale. I've been working and living in Fort Lauderdale since 2005, and my journey in real estate has been marked by a series of leadership roles, including director, vice president, and president of a condo board.
In 2014, my family and I made the decision to move to Victoria Park, and it has been a rewarding experience ever since. This move not only solidified my love for the community but also reinforced my commitment to contributing positively to the area.

Industry Experience:
Real estate has always been my calling. In 1998, I founded a mortgage company and maintained my real estate license, investing for myself and friends. By 2012, my focus shifted entirely to real estate. Currently, I lead the Melissa Carbonell Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC, where we emphasize agent success, continuous improvement, and a strong team culture.
Volunteer Work:
I have a heart for community service, demonstrated through my previous involvement with the Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s Foundation. I believe in giving back to the community and supporting causes that make a difference.
Personal Interests:
I'm a mother to a wonderful daughter who studies at Florida State University. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, golf, cooking, and boating. You might often find me walking my beloved dogs - a white standard poodle, a Maltese, and a toy poodle. I enjoy meeting new people, so feel free to say hi if you see us!
