The view is unobstructed city and intracoastal from high floor. Gorgeous sunsets will be enjoyed. The building has renovated common areas, with stunning hallways new carpet, new lighting, etc. This is the last building in Hallandale before Golden Beach, so the sun is on the pool deck till late in the afternoon. Very rarely does a unit like this one come up for rental. The bonus room is very suitable as a second bedroom. The unit is available for a 3 1/2 or a 4 month rental.
