The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, and the third bedroom has two full beds. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the living room offer the possibility of accommodating two passengers on a queen-size sofa bed. The fully equipped integrated kitchen provides everything you need to make a family meal while enjoying magnificent bay and ocean views. There is also a second full bathroom with a glass shower and a WC. A washer and dryer are inside the unit, along with an iron board and hair dryers. Hyde Beach House applies mandatory resort amenities fees to all reservations. These charges are not included in the room price and may change between the time you book and the date you check-in. Valet parking is available at $40 plus tax per day per car. Resort fees are $40 plus tax per day per apartment. The resort amenity fee includes services such as two beach chairs, one umbrella, four beach towels, wireless internet, 6th level pool access with towels and chaise lounges from sun-up to sun-down, and 24-hour access to a state-of-the-art fitness center. Upon arrival at the resort, the front desk will welcome you and provide an electronic key and all the instructions needed for your stay. A credit card and ID must match the name on the reservations or accompanying guest to check in. Hyde holds an authorization of $75 per night to cover incidentals, which will consist of resort fees and parking fees. No exceptions. The security deposit will be released immediately upon check-out and may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account, depending on the bank. Due to COVID-19, no visitors, gatherings, or parties are allowed inside the units, with a $500 penalty if any evidence is found. Occupancy levels are strictly enforced to eight guests with wristbands for the three-bedroom condo.
