There are two bathrooms and a living room. The resort fee is $35 per night plus taxes and paid valet parking is $40 per day. Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day. This is a private residence owned by the Hyde Beach House Family, operating independently from The Hyde Beach House Hotel management. Cleaning services are thoughtfully arranged to ensure your comfort upon check-out. Washcloths are not provided. Parking will only fit standard-size cars and oversized vehicles won’t have space to be parked. The value of valet parking for oversized vehicles has a different cost, which must be consulted in the building at the time of check-in. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot.
