This wonderful apartment promises a 5-star experience while enjoying the city. Strategically located just minutes from Aventura Mall and Bal Harbor, and within walking distance from Gulfstream Park, the Arts and Culture Center, and a wide variety of dining options. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has it all: a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed and TV in the first bedroom, 2 double beds and TV in the second bedroom, a sofa bed and TV in the living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view, 2 bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Paid valet parking is also available. Guests get access to all the amenities offered by the resort, including rooftop pools, a gym, a spa, an on-site restaurant, and beach chairs and umbrellas for an extra fee of $40 per night plus tax. Paid valet parking is available for $38.38. Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether they were left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Lyfe Resort and Residences offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. The Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After the reservation is accepted, provide the names of all guests who will be staying to facilitate the check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be canceled. There is a $40 per day plus tax resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs, to be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Beach services are temporarily relocated, requiring approximately a 10-minute walk along the beach to access the amenities. Housekeeping services are arranged to ensure comfort only once upon check-out. Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.
