Welcome to our beachfront apartment located in Hollywood. Formerly known as Lyfe Resort and Residences, it offers stunning views and high-end amenities, including beach access, rooftop pools, a fitness center, and a spa. This wonderful apartment promises a 5-star experience while enjoying the city. Strategically located just minutes from Aventura Mall and Bal Harbor, and within walking distance from Gulfstream Park, the Arts and Culture Center, and a wide variety of dining options. Our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has it all: a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed and TV in the bedroom, a sofa bed and TV in the living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view, a bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Paid valet parking is also available. Guests have access to all the amenities offered by the resort: rooftop pools, gym, spa, and an on-site restaurant. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for an extra fee of $40 per night plus tax. Paid valet parking is provided by the hotel for $38.38. Please note that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the apartment offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. The Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After the reservation is accepted, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying to facilitate the check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be canceled. There is a $40 per day plus tax resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs, to be paid upon check-in. Beach services are temporarily relocated, requiring a 10-minute walk along the beach to access the amenities. Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit; if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you. Housekeeping services are arranged to ensure comfort only once upon check-out. Basic supplies will be provided to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day. Washcloths are not provided.
