Welcome to our beachfront apartment located in Hollywood, just a few minutes' drive from the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment offers gorgeous views of the ocean, making it easy to feel at home. The apartment has it all: a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed and TV in the first bedroom, a queen bed and TV in the second bedroom, two single beds and TV in the third bedroom, a couch and TV in the living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view, three bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Paid valet parking is also available. There is a resort fee of $40 per day plus tax that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs, which must be paid at the hotel upon check-in. Beach services are temporarily relocated and will take approximately a 10-minute walk along the beach to get to the amenities. Paid valet parking is provided by the hotel for $38.38, credit card only. Guests have access to all the amenities offered by the resort, including rooftop pools, a gym, a spa, beach chairs and umbrellas (paid extra at the hotel for $40 per night plus tax), and an on-site restaurant. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the apartment offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After accepting the reservation, guests must provide the names of all who will be staying to facilitate the check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be canceled. The property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether left inside or outside the parking lot, or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. This is a private residence and operates independently of the management of Lyfe Hotel. Housekeeping services are arranged to ensure comfort only once upon check-out. Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.
