Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has it all: a fully equipped kitchen, a queen-size bed and TV in the first bedroom, two double beds and TV in the second bedroom, a couch and TV in the living room, a balcony with a breathtaking view, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. Guests have access to all the amenities offered by the resort, including rooftop pools, a gym, a spa, an on-site restaurant, and paid valet parking. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for an extra fee of $40 per night plus tax. Valet parking is available for $38.38. Please be aware that the property cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items or for any damage that may occur in the parking lot. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, this apartment offers a wealth of activities in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. The Aventura Mall is about a 20-minute drive and the beach is just steps away. Guests can also quickly get to Gulfstream Park, the Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest including restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars, and clubs. At least one guest must be 21 years old. After accepting the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying to facilitate the check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before arrival, the reservation will be canceled. There is a $40 per day plus tax resort fee that includes beach umbrellas, towels, and two chairs, payable at check-in. Beach services are temporarily relocated, requiring a 10-minute walk along the beach to access the amenities. This is a private residence and operates independently of the hotel management. Housekeeping services are provided only once upon check-out. Upon arrival, the apartment will be provided with basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.
