The property offers a quad seat golf cart for use, with a liability waiver signed by guests. There is garage access and boat parking available on the 1-acre lot with a circular drive. Lawn games such as Bocce, Catch, Football, Razor scooters, and Spikeball are provided. Additionally, 3 adult kayaks and 2 child kayaks with oars and life vests are available. Located in Old Historic Homosassa, the cottage is a 5-minute walk to the river, which hosts charming restaurants, Monkey Island, and McRae's Marina. The Old Mill Tavern is within earshot, and the Sugar Mill Ruins nearby make for a nice morning or evening stroll. The Ellie Schiller State Park is just down the road, about half a mile away. Guests will need a vehicle for travel to neighboring towns. Guests have access to the entire property, except for two closets locked off for owner use. The golf cart is not street legal and can only be driven down to the river on our side, requiring a signed liability waiver for use.
