Rent short term (minimum 30 days or long term) with a lease. This condo has all the comfort to feel at home away from home with the bonus of a 5 minute walk to the beach. Fully furnished with everything you need for your short or long stay. Free parking spots, keyless entry, full kitchen, washing machine, dryer hook up. Hear birds chirping or the rain in the lanai. Fast Internet/WIFI and Cable available. Food, shopping, museums, parks, golf courses, fishing, and boat/kayak rentals are all nearby. The condo is in a nice quiet area with A rated schools. Beautiful gardens surrounds the condo complex. KITCHEN: garbage disposal, full range stove and oven, refrigerator/freezer, blender, microwave, pots/pans, knives, eating and cooking utensils, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, bowls, Tupperware, hand towels, rags, fire extinguisher, can opener, wine bottle opener. Please note: The dishwasher is not part of the amenities because it's not working. LAUNDRY: Large capacity Washer. Dryer hook up available. BEDROOMS: Sealy mattresses with mattress protectors, pillow protectors, iron, ironing board, warm blankets, extra sheets, towels, beach towels, pillows, baby blankets/sheets and hampers. The second bedroom currently has a bunk bed twin sized instead of the queen sized shown on the picture. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels provided. The lanai is private. The pool and outdoor patio is shared among other residents/guests. With the beach being so close, there is hardly anyone using the pool. The pool starts at 4 feet deep and goes up to 8.6 feet deep. You have one assigned free parking spot right in front of the condo. The "guests" labeled parking spaces are also free without limitations. Other things to note No pets policy and no smoking is strict and will forfeit deposit. Condo is on second floor. No elevators. Bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs (see stairs picture). No TV in the bedrooms. Fast Internet/WIFI and Cable available.
