Non-refundable fees: (1) pet- $300; (2) pets-$550; (3) pets- $700. Monthly pet rent -$20 per pet. Poo Prints Program- $85 per pet. No weight limitations; however, breed restrictions apply. The following breeds, including any “mix” of, will not be accepted: Akita, Boxer, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Dalmatian, Dogo Argentino, German Shephard, Great Dane, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid.

There is a three-pet maximum per apartment. Our pet fees are non-refundable fees: $300 for one pet; $500 for two pets; and $700 for three pets, plus a $20 monthly pet rent, per pet. There is a one-time $85 charge per dog for our Poo Prints Program...
