Cobblestone Neighborhood

Jacksonville, Florida, nicknamed “Where Florida Begins,” is home to more than 800,000 people. It is the thirteenth largest city in the United States. About fifteen miles east of downtown is the neighborhood of Cobblestone. Nestled in the 32225 zip code, Cobblestone is bordered by Mt. Pleasant Road to the east, McCormick Road (116) to the south, Monument Road to the west, and Fort Caroline Road to the north. The winding roads and picturesque cul-de-sacs of the Cobblestone neighborhood are lined with residential homes ranging in values. Most were built within the last twenty years. The average list price for this area is from the low to mid $200,000s. This neighborhood also includes the Villas of Cobblestone, a community of 150 single-family townhome units.

Residents of Cobblestone are less than 10 miles from Atlantic Beach, which can be reached via the JTA, the city’s bus system. The Selva Marina County Club is a mere six miles from Cobblestone. The private country club offers golf, tennis, swimming, and fine dining for its members and their guests.

The Cobblestone neighborhood is minutes from the Timucuan Ecological/Historical Preserve, a national park and also home to the 16th century Fort Caroline. The fort was the first French colony in the new world, established around 1560.

Other points of interest close to Cobblestone include Little Talbot Island State Park, Pumpkin Hill Creek Preserve State Park, and Big Talbot Island State Park. The latter offers boating, biking, hiking, and more.
