The living space includes a large open living room with a Smart TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen area. Central AC and ceiling fans ensure comfort throughout the home, and high-speed internet is available for up to 10 devices. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $50. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
