Turnpike entrance (244) is 0.9 miles away meaning you are 23 minutes from downtown Orlando, 20 minutes from Universal Studios, and Disney via 417, 12 minutes from I4, 20 min from MCO airport. A couple of sandhill cranes, and many other birds live and reproduce here, many exotic birds each day and the most amazing sunsets you will ever see, from your bedroom or the private terrace. Quiet, extremely safe and a nice, friendly circle of neighborhood who help each other out. For 2 people max. No big pet. Cats OK.
