The villa boasts a gourmet kitchen with modern amenities including a large fridge and freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, oven, and stove. The living area features a plush leather sofa that comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The entertainment haven includes a game room with four arcade games and an Xbox. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Pool and spa heating is available at a rate of USD 40 per day with a three-day minimum. A small charcoal grill is provided free of charge, but if you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, arrangements can be made at an extra cost. A complimentary pack n play and highchair are available for the kids. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleaning will be charged.
