The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars, with overflow parking available 250 feet down the street. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided at no cost upon request, but propane gas grills and other gear are available for an extra cost. A pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and only small dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.
