Motor vehicles, trailers, and heavy objects are prohibited in the garage, which is designed for use as a games room only. The garage floor is not strong enough to support the weight of vehicles or heavy objects. Parking is allowed in the driveway or garage only, with a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. Parking on the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass may result in towing at your expense. Overnight parking in the clubhouse is not allowed, and parking in front of fire hydrants is prohibited, with a high risk of towing at your expense.
