Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen HDTV, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home. The living and dining area features a flat-screen HDTV and a dining table with eight chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, basic pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and a kettle. Optional pool heating is available at a cost of $35 per day with a minimum of two consecutive days, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. A BBQ fee is also optional at a cost of $50 per stay, with one propane tank provided. A 30-night stay requires $130 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6 for every additional night. All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form prior to their check-in date to ensure easy access to the property and arrival information. A third-party may be used to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation.
