The community offers access to a swimming pool, gym, fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, restaurant, grocery, and ticket stores. There is a $100 plus taxes fee per group per day for swimming pool and gym access, charged only if you use the clubhouse. A grill cleaning fee of $30 applies to keep it in top shape for all guests. Parking includes one designated spot in front of the home and additional unassigned spots throughout the community. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while in-person interaction is limited, assistance is available through messaging.
