The villa features a spacious floor plan with bedrooms both downstairs and upstairs, including queen-size and king-size beds, full bathrooms, and smart TVs in all bedrooms. The villa is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals at any time. Each bedroom is furnished with smart TVs, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips. The villa offers pool spa heating for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it's recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Guests will have access to the entire house and a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars, with overflow parking available in some areas of the neighborhood. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but must be requested prior to or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, arrangements can be made at an extra cost. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per pet. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged. No street parking is allowed in some areas. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, but washcloths are not provided as they are considered personal items. A laptop computer is not included.
