Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach are about 90 minutes away, and the Kennedy Space Center is just over an hour's drive. The home is non-smoking and has a strict no-pets policy. Outdoor cameras are located by the front door area pointing at the driveway and by the side of the house pointing at the pool pump equipment. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. The home is self-catering, with starter supplies of soap and toilet tissue provided, but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
