Relax by the private pool with outdoor loungers or enjoy the free washer and dryer available for your convenience. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Additional vehicles can park in unassigned spots throughout the community. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. Situated in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is a sought-after community with first-class amenities. The resort includes a huge resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, BBQ and picnic area, and a clubhouse with arcades and a bar and lounge. The property is conveniently located off state road 192 and US 27, near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World and Orlando’s famous attractions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. Self check-in and check-out are offered, and while in-person interaction is not available, assistance is provided through a messaging app. A remote work-friendly environment is available, but a laptop computer is not included.
