Enjoy the private pool and hot tub with the option to add heat, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The outdoor patio comes with a grill and loungers, and there is free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. If you would like to add pool/hot tub heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Security cameras are installed in certain areas of the property (front of the house and both sides) to ensure the privacy and security of guests. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300.
