The home boasts a large living room, a dining room, and a game room with a pool table, arcade, and game console. The home cinema is perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy the private pool with the option to add heat, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and an outdoor patio with a grill and loungers. The master bedroom downstairs features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed and another with four queen beds. Parking can accommodate up to three vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Windsor at Westside is an ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions. The property is just a couple of minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse. The resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, a BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, a bar, and a lounge. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it's just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The pool gets serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability.
