Designed for families seeking the ultimate Orlando adventure, this villa is just minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Spend your days lounging by the pool, exploring the resort's fantastic amenities, or embarking on unforgettable adventures at Orlando's top attractions. The villa boasts 9 spacious bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 living areas, a game room, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also features 2 indoor dining areas and an outdoor oasis. The home is equipped with a free washer and dryer for your convenience. If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex, a wave simulator, a splash pad, an ice-cream parlor, and a bar by the pool. Additional amenities include a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, a full-size soccer field, and a large fitness center. The teen hangout center and the bar & grill are perfect spots to unwind after a day of fun. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
