Max of 2 pets per Household. There is a $35.00 monthly rent per pet and a $300 nonrefundable Pet fee. There is a 35-pound weight limit when fully grown, and aggressive breads are prohibited. Such as Rottweiler, Chow, Pitbull. Doberman Pinscher, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Boerboel, Dogo Argentino. Or any dog that is mixed with these breeds is also prohibited. We require vet records to confirm breed and weight and current shot records.

We love your furry friends! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. We require a $300 non refundable Pet Fee per pet. Pet rent is $25.00 per pet, per month. There is a weight limit of 35 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
