The barn features 10 spacious 10' x 12' stalls, ensuring comfort & ample space for each horse. For grooming & bathing, there are 2 wash stalls & 4 dedicated grooming stalls, providing convenient areas for horse maintenance. A Reverse Osmosis system ensures access to clean, fresh water throughout the facility, while a 50 amp electrical hookup is available for equipment & lighting needs. The tack/feed room is organized for easy storage of supplies, making routines efficient. Riders will appreciate the large 125' x 250' ring, perfect for training sessions & expertises.
