The apartment boasts a large living area that can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. Each of the 4 queen bedrooms comes with a full bathroom. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. You will have 3 parking spots available, not assigned, first come first serve, labeled "Visitor". Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area. Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not included. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, and free printing.
