Located on the 3rd floor, this unit offers easy access to nearby attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. This apartment features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. Additional amenities include a free washer/dryer, a community pool, and access to a nearby gym. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, first come first serve, and spots are labeled 'Visitor'. Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area. Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. This listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the messaging app with any questions or suggestions. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
