The apartment features four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, dining areas, and a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. There are four queen bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The community offers a range of amenities including a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Parking is available with three spots labeled 'Visitor', on a first-come, first-serve basis. Located in a gated community with a security guard, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities, including a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. Feel safe and right at home as you explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the convenience of three parking spots labeled 'Visitor', available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, notify us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
