The apartment features four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, and dining areas. Enjoy the large living area that can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals. There are four queen bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. Additional facilities include a clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, pool, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-serve basis, labeled 'Visitor'. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. The property is conveniently located near several attractions: USF is just 5 minutes away (2.2 miles), MOSI is 8 minutes away (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa is an 11-minute drive (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park is 10 minutes away (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park is a 13-minute drive (5.9 miles). The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, inform us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
