The apartment includes four queen bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and offers free access to a washer and dryer. Enjoy community amenities such as a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, basketball court, walking and biking trail, and grill. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis, labeled 'Visitor'. Conveniently located, this apartment is just 5 minutes from USF, 8 minutes from MOSI, 11 minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes from Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes from Lettuce Lake Park. Enjoy easy access to these attractions and more. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
