Each bedroom also has a big screen TV and large closet space. Two bedrooms have direct access to the outdoor space, one being a private balcony only accessible from that bedroom. The property also features a large driveway with plenty of parking space, accommodating multiple vehicles comfortably. While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. It is $100 per pet, per stay. When you reserve the upstairs space, you will have exclusive access to the upstairs area, including the second-floor balconies, which are designated solely for upstairs guests. However, the beach deck and the boardwalk to the beach are shared between the two units. Guests renting the upstairs space will not have access to the game room or the patio area directly outside the downstairs sliding doors. Similarly, downstairs guests will not have access to the second-floor patios and balcony. There is no access between the spaces from inside; all entry is through an outside door with personalized codes specific to each guest and their rented space. Keyless entry with digital door locks is provided. During your stay, you might share the outdoor space, beach access, beach deck, and beach with other guests. The upstairs patio is exclusively for guests renting the upstairs duplex, while the game room and downstairs patio area is accessible only to those renting the downstairs duplex or the entire property. Mailbox access is not available for guests. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. A laptop computer is not included.
