The home includes an open gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The villa's high-end gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials and features stainless steel appliances, making it perfect for preparing meals. Relax in the living room on the super comfortable sofa while enjoying entertainment on the brand new 65” Smart TV. The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a brand new built-in pool, a BBQ with propane gas, and a spacious outdoor dining and seating area. The property offers parking for up to 4 vehicles in the front area, which also features a fountain and fire pit. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, and guests staying two weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to the reservation, payable by the guest. If the gas grill is not cleaned after use, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. On occasion, exceptions for pets may be considered prior to booking, with a pet fee starting at $100 depending on the size of the pet. Villa Tropicale is ideally located just 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Miami International Airport. It's also conveniently close to attractions like the Sawgrass Outlet Mall, South Beach, the Design District, Wynwood, Miami Arena, Hard Rock Stadium, and Hard Rock Casino, all within a 25-minute drive. Smoking is only permitted outside, and there is a fine starting at $500 if evidence of smoking inside is found after check-out. A noise ordinance is in place from 10 PM to 8 AM, prohibiting any noise that can be heard by neighbors. No parties are allowed, and only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. Security cameras are installed outside for safety, and tampering with them will result in a $100 fine. Guests must provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in and sign a rental agreement. The property is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises, including the use of the swimming pool. Candles are not permitted inside the unit at any time. Miami's tropical climate may result in encounters with insects and lizards, but efforts are made to minimize interactions with these pests.
